Gerd traveled to the US this week so we have been trying to be creative in our work activities.

Galloped on a pony. Worked on two point seat.

Did weird exercises to accomplish something unclear.....watch to the end.... it gets better.

Rode with oval yoga balls under my arms to stablize my arms. Loved it
